Pets: Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay in the flat. Please keep dogs on leads in the garden at all times and clear up any "parcels" left behind! No dogs are allowed in the paddocks or chicken pen! We have an outside hose for washing down muddy dogs and we can provide plenty of dog towels. Doggy guests are welcome to use our kennel for short periods during the daytime. Excessive barking will be addressed with love and understanding but we may ask that noisy or distressed dogs remain with their owners at all times during their stay!

 

Children: Children are welcome in the flat. Please do not allow your child to feed our animals or enter the paddocks when animals are grazing. The horse, donkey and our own dogs are extremely well mannered and friendly but we cannot take responsibility for any incidents.

 

Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. However you are welcome to smoke under the marquee canopy, on the flat balcony or in the grounds.

 

 

Credit Card Payments: Please note that we do not accept American Express. Credit cards are subject to a 3% handling fee. Debit cards or cheques are free of any service charge.

 

Winter Rates: Apply from 1st October - 30th April

 

Summer Rates: Apply from 1st May - 30th September

 

Early Departures: If your stay with us is shortened for any reason, the full amount of any booked nights will still apply.

 

Deposits: All bookings must be reserved with a non-re-fundable deposit.
